Abstract -

The Talent-Pipeline Reinforcement Project will develop undergraduate students through professional support and guided research at Grainger with graduate student mentors. This project aims to remedy the pipeline problem for historically underrepresented groups in STEM through research, mentoring, and material support initiatives.
