The IDEA Institute recognized those who made and continue to make significant contributions  to towards the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Grainger College of Engineering through the GIANT program. The GIANT Diversity Leadership Award recipients include students and postdocs (past and present) who were/are instrumental to the success of their respective GIANT project initiatives, which has ultimately helped to foster a more inclusive community of engineers, community stakeholders, and IDEA Institute partners.
